JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support ATM projects & Operations
- Come up with new ideas & initiatives to improve ATM functionality
- Produce ATM reports include ATM performance, ATM transaction analysis, ATM uptime, ATM cash management
- Assist review and update ATM Policy and Procedure.
- Provide relevant training to branch staff, contact center team, and stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in technology or other related fields
- At least 1-year experience in banking or related filed
- Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills is essential
