Banking Business


  • Ensure staff members at the branch level meet or exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service including achievement of serving time targets for both telling and sales & service areas.
  • Contribute to the development of sound profitable business by creating effective referral networks, including internal business relationships, and other local marketing activities.
  • Drive the result for target of deposit and other cross-sales as defined in branch KPIs.
  • Provide induction training to staff members regularly, regular feedback discussion (one-on-one meeting) and encouragement, and maintain open communication at workplace.
  • Keep a close eye on local competitors – what they do and how they perform and define the strategy to gain market shares in the assigned areas.
  • Keep up to date with the bank’s products and marketing campaigns to ensure superior services provided to clients and share with staff members of the branch.
  • Manage branch properties, security and cleanliness of the branch.
  • Manage the branch operation to ensure that the branch is complied with our internal processes and procedures and find the remedied action to improve the loopholes and mitigate risks for our bank.
  • Initiate with other projects to drive the profit or increasing fee incomes for the branch and find ways to save the operating expenses of the branch.
  • Act as the BA (Brand Ambassador) of our Wing Bank Branch to build and win trust from the public and valued clients and find ways or new initiatives to increase our bank business’s opportunities as much as possible.
  • Support and coach the poor performance staff to improve their performance to satisfactory level with proper record and take necessary actions to rectify the issue to uplift the branch’s performance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, accounting, or any relevant field
  • At least 05 years of working experiences in banking and financial services
  • Leadership and management Skills
  • Interpersonal and communication Skills
  • Selling Skills
  • Computer literacy: Ms. Office, banking systems
  • Languages: Chinese, English, Other languages would be an advantage
