JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improvement of Internal Audit Rating
- Opening Branches
- Expand SST network
- Build Up role model branches
- Branch Operational implementation review and reports
- Operational gap closed within specified time
- Management of resource at Branch
- Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness

- Identify areas for improvement in branch operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
- provide training and guidance to branch staff on operational processes, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Management or a certification in internal audit or risk management is a plus
- At least 4-year experience in Banking sector preferably in the branch operations management
- At least 2-year experience in bank branch operations, internal audit, or risk management preferably in the banking industry
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, including cash handling, customer service, account opening, and transaction processing
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of audit and risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools is a plus
