  1. Fully responsible for the results of the work.
  2. Partially responsible for the results of the work.
  3. Provide Support to the person accountable for the results of the work.
  4. Identifying new leads, qualifying prospects, and managing a robust pipeline of potential partnerships. 
  5. Conducting in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  6. Crafting compelling value propositions and presentations tailored to targeted prospects. 
  7. Collaborating with legal and finance to structure deals, finalize terms, and ensure mutual benefit. 
  8. Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to guarantee seamless execution of new initiatives.
  9. Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, ensuring accountability for business development goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous
  • • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • • Excellent analytical skills for market research and competitive analysis
  • • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • • Demonstrated project management skills
