- Fully responsible for the results of the work.
- Partially responsible for the results of the work.
- Provide Support to the person accountable for the results of the work.
- Identifying new leads, qualifying prospects, and managing a robust pipeline of potential partnerships.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Crafting compelling value propositions and presentations tailored to targeted prospects.
- Collaborating with legal and finance to structure deals, finalize terms, and ensure mutual benefit.
- Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to guarantee seamless execution of new initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, ensuring accountability for business development goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous
- • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- • Excellent analytical skills for market research and competitive analysis
- • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- • Demonstrated project management skills
