Job Descriptions

  • Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to acquire, retain, and grow these segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into business plans and product development processes.
  • Design and execute customer research initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to gather insights on customer preferences, behavior, and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer data, trends , and feedback to identify patterns and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research methodologies, and emerging customer insights tools.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for business strategies, marketing campaigns, and product enhancements.
  • Monitor the implementation of recommendations and measure their impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a customer-centric approach in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and messaging based on customer insights.
  • Partner with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback and preferences into product roadmaps.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of working experience working in a similar Business/Product Analytics background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or other related fields is required
  • Good at MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experiences with the CleverTap Platform
  • Good presentation, data visualization, and storytelling skills
  • Fluency in English
