JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a planning/conduct of refreshment/improvement for customer experience on the part of PK, resource utilization
  • Liaise with business function/business to collect all information on PK and conduct product knowledge training/share information with customer services team.
  • Provide regular intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations.
  • Any other task assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • At least 2 years experiences in training, customer experience and specifically in bank industry
  • Customer Service Excellent
  • Ability to communicate with other related department/branches effectively.
  • English proficiency & Computer Literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill
