Customer Experiences
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a planning/conduct of refreshment/improvement for customer experience on the part of PK, resource utilization
- Liaise with business function/business to collect all information on PK and conduct product knowledge training/share information with customer services team.
- Provide regular intelligence reports with comprehensive impact analysis and recommendations.
- Any other task assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in related field
- At least 2 years experiences in training, customer experience and specifically in bank industry
- Customer Service Excellent
- Ability to communicate with other related department/branches effectively.
- English proficiency & Computer Literacy (Ms. Office)
- Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill
