JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update digital loan product features to relevant stakeholders and partners
- Update the digital loan process and requirements to business function to have effective understanding
- Responses to business partners and internal stakeholders' enquiries
- Solve out the loan application issues with relevant stakeholders to digital loan
- Request and monitor the status of digital loan progress and monitoring
- Testing the digital loan as if it works as requirements
- Supply internal reports if any requirements from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in related filed
- At least 1 year experience in product development, operation support, customer service ore related field
- Good communication
- Time and task management
- Good command of English proficiency in four skills
- Be able to use Ms. Office, Internet and others
