Master Agents Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide regular specific training to WMA’s sales leads about product knowledge, referral process, motivation, etc.
  • Conduct a regular meeting with each master agent to update sales performance and to seek solutions for optimizing the sales.
  • Collaborate with lending team to implement strategy and activity planning
  • Analyze sales indicator in each master agent to provide strategy and solution.
  • Build a strong relationship with district bankers, especially district lending manager and supervisor level in a branch.
  • Adopt Partnership Department’s culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to internal environment Dealing with escalated master agent issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
  • POSM and marketing material display monitoring.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. Preparing and presenting weekly/monthly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports.
  • Tracking performance indicators against strategic plans and implementing necessary measures to stay on track.
  • To recruit new master agent as the plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Banking, Economics, management, finance, and other.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the banking sector.
  • Good management and leadership skills.
  • Well understanding of credit products or Agent Network.
  • Positive and committed attitude.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Update and report tasks on time
  • Good command in English
  • Can drive for results, be able to go to field visit, work under pressure.
