Merchant Business


  • Lead the Merchant Management Executive team in the area.
  • Be the point of contact and representative of Wing Merchant Business in the area.
  • Implement agreed merchant management activities in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales KPIs target.
  • Recruit and develop merchant network in the assigned territory.
  • Provide training, coaching and field attachment to merchant sales team.
  • Build good relationships with key merchant/business owners to drive active merchant and usage of Wing Bank KHQR
  • Ensure that MME regularly visit merchant according to their route plan.
  • Ensure that merchant PoSM branding materials are visible, clean and up-to-date.
  • Ensure the successful execution of new promotion/campaign.
  • Ensure that sales KPIs and performance are cascaded to sales team on a regular basis.
  • Gather feedback from Merchant, sales team and customer and update to line manager.
  • Check and update competitor’s activities in the market.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
  • Age must not exceed 30 years old.
  • At least 3 years sales supervisory experience from MFI, Bank, Fintech or FMCGs.
  • Experience in agent/merchant or dealer network management and product distribution management is preferred.
  • Experience in leading a team of over 10 salespeople.
  • Able to communicate in English both in Writing and Speaking.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Honest, result-oriented, self- started, positive and can- do-attitude.
