JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop business requirement document & functional specification document.
- Review internal and external workflows within business functions to design and document.
- Create user stories and process flows.
- Address critical issues and support digital issues to solve the bug with technical team.
- Supporting core banking & digital system.
- Perform other tasks assign by line-manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- At least 3 Years of experiences in BA.
- Experience with core banking systems with payment services.
- Experience in IT business analysis techniques.
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Effectively run an Agile project with effective management of the product backlog and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Banking knowledge is encouraged to apply.
