Job Descriptions

  • Support, communicate and coordinate with business payment partners both local and international
  • Analyze merchants’ payments-related issues, assist with disputes, and provide sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with other internal teams such as compliance, fraud and risk, business development, account management, optimization, and
  • integration for cascading and/or escalations of merchants’ payment related concerns
  • Work closely with the development team and provide recommendations for back-end tools that improve customer service
  • Contribute to process improvement in merchant support by identifying sources of merchant issues, recognizing trends and sharing reports to the rest of team
  • Gather feedback from retail outlet and customer to develop recommended solutions.
  • Liaise with strategic partners to ensure successful partnership and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market.
  • Report management and merchant performance monitoring
  • Distribute and control and printing out merchant POSM material

Job Requirements

  • Education bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, communication or related discipline
  • Working Experience At least two years’ experience in a customer support or sales role within B2B environment at a payments or financial company, e.g. credit card
  • processing, e-Wallet, digital good, banking or other payments related businesses; Experience working with VIP business clients is highly preferred.
  • Business Understanding: A clear understanding and appreciation of the digital goods space, web-based services, mobile services and how offline & online payments
