JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the gate of all new product development/product enhancement requests from all the departments;
- Help lead all development projects in constant coordination with IT and Projects Team;
- Ensure a usable, functional, easy-to-use User Experience for all products/services;
- Work closely with Project and IT Teams to ensure the delivery of each product/service is met with the business requirements and based on the desired timeline of projects, and accuracy of project costs;
- Work closely with the business teams or initiators to ensure that all necessary information regarding the proposed product development/enhancement is provided and all requirements are noted in the detailed manner;
- Provide Weekly Status Reports on all projects;
- Assist supervisor/manager other assignment tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in related field;
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT business analytic, project management, product development, product management, IT business analytic;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, of UXUI, and of project management tools;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and to quickly adapt to changes;
- Analysis skills/ Critical thinking;
- Assist supervisor/manager other assignment tasks;
- Planning and coordinating;
- Customer focus;
- Concern for quality and standards.
