JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in Sign Language Interpretation in Training and Development
- Assist in Sign Language Interpretation during production coaching
- Design and develop training curriculum for project Echo New Hires
- Motivate, guide and mentor project Echo team members
- Assist with sensitization training of Wing Staff from time to time
- Monitor quality & contact centre productivity for project Echo Team
- Assist in continuous improvement of customer experience through mentoring and coaching
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor' degree in related field
- 1 or 2 years experience of working with speech/hearing impaired individuals with fluency in Cambodian Sign Language.
- Good analytical skill and judgement
- Ability to communicate with other related department/branches effectively.
- English proficiency (preferably)
- Ability to motivate, mentor and engage with team members effectively
