Admin & Procurement

Oversight and plan, direct, and coordinate activities of event facilities to support every company inhouse event including booking management, setting up Audio & visual, Stage management, Table and Chair Arrangement.

  • Strategy and Planning:
  • Possess business acumen mind-set aligning with team envision to initiate team strategy to support company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability and market share.
  • Budget & Expense Management
  • Plan and manage administration budget to ensure unnecessary spends are well captured and maximize every dollar we spend.
  • Ensure monthly payments are timely and correctly settled and invoice are properly recorded and filled.
  • Develop and update report Daily report, Monthly report, yearly report.
  • Health & Safety Management.
  • Develop and execute the Health and Safety Policy and procedure to ensure healthful working condition for staff and enforce standard by provide training, coaching, and assistance.
  • Ensure the implement of Emergency response has properly set up and drill for every wing premises.
  • Ensure preventive measures, administrative control and personal protective equipment are implemented and used.
  • Manage and running building operator room for fast-response procedure.
  • Investigate and report accidents and near misses and manage proper incidents report and records.
  • Office Service and Administrative work
  • Oversee overall performance of day-to-day operations and taking care of every little need at all wing offices and branches.
  • Developing and reinforced administrative procedure and policies.
  • Strategically administer in-house logistic team to ensure the accurate flow of parcels delivery within Wing premised and external parties.
  • Being the digitization focus to very process and procedure.
  • Security Management
  • Develop and design security system within wing premises to re-assure staffs and wing properties are well secures.
  • Oversee and manage security agent to peak performance not only guarding but also customer services at the fore front of back.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a team lead of Administrative and office service, and facility management work, preferably in banking industry.
  • Knowledges of Office service and administrative work
  • Understanding of Health and Safety management
  • Understanding of operation support and schedule management.
  • Understanding of workspace management and arrangements.
