Main Responsibilities
- Greeting Customer with warm welcomes
- Handling customer complaints or refer them to appropriate area for action
- Handle cash and check counterfeit notes
- Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank products and service
- Accurately identifying a customers' query and providing a quick resolution
Jobs Requirement
- University or fresh graduate are highly recommended
- One year experience in Finance Institution
- Good oral, writen and communication skills in English/Chinese priority
- Computer literate( Ms. Word and MS. Excel)
