1. What is Customer Master Agreement?
Customer Master Agreement is an agreement consisting of customers’ general agreement and specific agreement for each product and service of Wing Bank. This agreement will be valid on its acceptance (one-off acceptance concept) but terms and conditions of specific products and services will be effective only on activation of such service/product respectively.
Customer Master Agreement is applicable for individual customer only.
2. When does Customer Master Agreement apply to me?
For New Customer: The Customer Master Agreement will be immediately applied upon your acknowledgement/acceptance.
For Existing Customer: The Customer Master Agreement will be applied within 30 days upon your receipt of Wing Bank’s notice.
3. How does Customer Master Agreement work?
Customer Master Agreement is an agreement consisting of customers’ general agreement and specific agreement for each product and service of Wing Bank. The customer service agreement of each service will be applied at your activation or using of such service only.
Ex: You access QR payment feature on Wing Bank App to process payment to merchant so Customer Agreement on Payment Service will be applied.
4. Do I have to accept the Customer Master Agreement?
Yes, you must accept the Customer Master Agreement when starting the relationship with Wing Bank (i.e. account opening). This agreement is an important agreement that covers necessary agreement between customers and the bank and covers general agreement on certain products and services.
5. Is Customer Master Agreement negotiable?
No, Customer Master Agreement is not negotiable or amended. Customer Master Agreement consists of general agreement to protect both sides’ interest (bank and customers) and to the extent permitted by the applicable laws. This agreement will be applied as standard to all individual customers.
6. How to accept Customer Master Agreement?
You can accept Customer Master Agreement with the following method:
- During account opening at branch or on Wing Bank App or on E-KYC App (Initiated by Wing Staff or Wing Agent only)
- Card activation on Wing Bank App
- Processing cash out service at Wing Agent’s counter
7. If after acceptance, I use any of the bank’s products and services, will I need to accept this Customer Master Agreement again?
Customer Master Agreement is a onetime-off acceptance requirement. You are not required to re-accept Customer Master Agreement while using Wing Bank’s services/products. Ex: You visit Wing’s agent to process cash-out so Customer Agreement on Payment Service which is a part of the your accepted Customer Master Agreement will be applied automatically.
8. If I accept the Customer Master Agreement on Wing Bank App, do you I need to accept this agreement again when I cash out?
Once you accept Customer Master Agreement on Wing Bank App or any platforms made available by Wing Bank, you are not required to re-accept Customer Master Agreement. It’s onetime-off acceptance only.
