Job Summary

The Program Reporting Specialist supports the effective management of a complex cross-organizational program by delivering accurate, timely, and structured reporting, with a strong focus on financial monitoring and analysis, including reporting of program budgets and costs. The role supports program governance and decision-making through consolidation of data from multiple workstreams, preparation of management reporting, and development of financial and analytical models.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and analytical models in Excel to support program monitoring and decision-making 
  • Prepare regular program reporting covering financials, budgets, timelines, risks, resource utilization, and delivery status across multiple workstreams 
  • Consolidate and reconcile data from various teams and systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and traceability of reported information 
  • Support preparation of management and senior management presentations, including financial summaries, dashboards, and analytical materials 
  • Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking processes across the program 
  • Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes and templates 
  • Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Finance, IT, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting 
  • Support ad-hoc analyses, reconciliations, and data deep-dives related to program performance and financial oversight 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required experience and education 

 

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field 
  • Professional experience (2–5 years) in financial analysis, Finance, Data/BI, PMO, or a related function 
  • Good understanding of banking products, banking processes, and financial terminology 
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or cost tracking within complex projects or programs 
  • Strong experience in data consolidation, reconciliation, and financial analysis 
  • Experience in developing financial and analytical models in Excel 
  • Experience in preparing structured reporting and analytical materials for management is an advantage 
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is an advantage 
  • Previous experience within Big4 or a similarly demanding analytical environment is considered an advantage 

 

Required skills 

 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and financial modelling 
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with large and fragmented datasets 
  • Strong data consolidation and reconciliation capabilities 
  • Ability to structure and present financial and operational information in a clear and management-oriented manner 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency 
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify issues and improve processes 
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a dynamic environment 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
