1. Business Performance Reporting & Analysis

1.1Preparation, review, and delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly BU performance reports.

1.2Provide in-depth financial analysis, business insights, and actionable recommendations to BU/Product Heads and senior stakeholders.

1.3Monitor performance against strategic plans, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Financial Planning & Strategic Support

2.1Actively support business strategy formulation through advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.

2.2Conduct revenue analysis, P&L evaluation, and balance sheet review to assess business performance.

2.3Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities to support growth initiatives.

3. Data Quality, Governance & Automation

3.1Identify data abnormalities and inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy and reliability of reports.

3.2Reconciliation and validation processes across multiple systems.

3.3Ensure data alignment, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

4.1Partner closely with Business Intelligence (BI), Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable data.

4.2Translate business requirements into meaningful financial insights and analytical outputs.

4.3Provide timely and impactful financial information to support management decision-making.

5. Dashboard Development & Visualization

5.1Design, enhance, and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

5.2Develop clear and insightful visualizations to communicate performance and key business drivers.

5.3Continuously improve reporting frameworks for better business understanding and usability.

• At least 3-5  years of experience preparing and analyzing business/financial performance reports.
• Experience working with BI, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure data consistency and business alignment.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and evaluating business initiatives or investments.
• Good knowledge of business operations, products/services, and key value drivers across BUs.
• Knowledge of building financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
