How to Book

• To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend booking at least three working days in advance (excluding public holidays). You can make a reservation by calling +885 96 674 5007, sending a Telegram message to +885 70 340 485, or emailing cbdprivilege@vathanagul.com or click this here.
• Once your booking is made, Wing Visa Platinum Credit Cardholders will receive an email confirmation within one working day, subject to verification and availability.
• Upon arrival, please present your Wing Visa Platinum Credit Card. The cardholder’s name on the reservation must match the name on the card.
• If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so at least one day before the intended day by calling +885 96 674 5007 or sending a Telegram message to +885 70 340 485.
• If the cardholder cannot be present, a one-time redemption will be applied, and a new booking can be made in the following month.
• Please note that any additional consumption of products and services beyond the complimentary privilege will be the cardholder’s responsibility and incurred at their own expense.

Terms and Conditions:

• The promotion’s privilege is limited to the first 55 complimentary set menus and 10 complimentary high tea reservations for Wing Visa Platinum cardholders monthly. You can choose the set menu or High Tea from the participating restaurants.
• Each Wing Visa Platinum cardholder can redeem this privilege up to two (2) times throughout the promotion period, selecting either the set menu or high tea from any of the participating restaurants.
• Please note that the discount is available on a “first-come, first-served” basis and is subject to availability while the allocated budget lasts.
• The promotion’s privilege cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• Wing Bank, Visa, and the participating merchants reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
