How to Top Up (Buy Voucher)

• Go to the Wing Bank app,
• Tap on Phone Top Up,
• Select Buy Voucher
• Choose Seatel (Phone Line),
• Specify the amount you want to top up, and
• Confirm with your account a 4-digit PIN code.
• You will receive the top-up code once your transaction is complete.

Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is eligible for Seatel subscribers who top up via Wing agents or via the Wing Bank app.
• To participate in the lucky draw and receive data bonuses, you must top up using a Pin-Code only.
• Internet data bonuses will be awarded on the day following a successful top-up.
• The amount of internet data bonus depends on the value of the top-up.
• Customers who top up at least $1 per month (Unique Sub) during the promotion will be entered into the weekly lucky draw.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
• Smartphone models Oppo A58 will be randomly drawn as a prize every Tuesday at 10:30 am.
• The winners of the smartphone lucky draw will be announced on the official Seatel Facebook page.
• In case of a dispute, the decision of Wing Bank and Seatel shall be final.
