Job Summary

A successful Deputy Branch Manager - Sales is a highly driven sales leader who consistently grows the branch deposit portfolio, acquires new customers, strengthens customer relationships, and leads the sales team to exceed business targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute branch sales strategies to achieve deposit, CASA, and fee-income targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments to expand the branch deposit portfolio.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable deposit portfolio through active customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Drive CASA growth and improve low-cost deposit mix within the branch.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate branch sales staff to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, performance discussions, and pipeline management meetings.
  • Monitor individual and team sales productivity and provide continuous development support.
  • Ensure the branch maintains a healthy portfolio mix and sustainable business growth.
  • Prepare and analyze branch sales reports, forecasts, and business performance metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, and branch sales management.
  • Leadership experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
  • Good in spoken / written English and in another foreign language is a plus
  • Strong customer/partner relationship, customer services and deal/project structuring/implementation
