JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-training Arrangement
- Invite and Confirm trainers/participants, arrange training room & needed logistics, arrange catering
On-Training Day Coordination
- Ensure cleanliness of the training room, ensure that LCDs, pointers, and other visual aids are in good condition, check on food & drink arrangements and make sure to be ready on time, Collect related document/data like attendance, evaluation, assessment score for reporting purposes
Post-Training Arrangement
- Key in Database, generate summary report, File post-training document into Drive Folder, share training handout with participants as necessary,
L&D Projects & Initiatives
- Support arrangement of Student’s visit
- Contribute to special projects such as career development programs, learning campaigns, and employer branding initiatives related to training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous learning at Wing Bank.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree Student majoring in Education or related field or an individual with desire to develop professionally in L&D field.
- No experience required but having some training related experience would be beneficial
- Having good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point...)
- Ability to understand, speak and write in English
