Job Summary
The Senior Public Banking Support Specialist is responsible for provide operational support for public banking and bill payment services by managing transaction processing, dispute resolution, reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle request to cancel E-Power failed transactions (WING over); forward finance emails to Bill Pay Resolution
- Seek support from Card Team to inform WCX of trxn. reversal
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in handling government/utility cases
- Process cancellation of wrong payment (bill number/amount) and coordinate with licensee
- Check status of E-Power transactions in portal Ensure complaints and supports needed are timely resolved and responsed - dispute cases, frauds, etc.
- Generate statements or report as requested by partners
- Monitor general issues in any channels of communication
- Provides report reconciliation as requested by the Public Banking team
- Ad-hoc tasks (Mkt / POSM matertials request, arragement, delivery,..)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of public banking processes, government-related transactions
- Knowledge of utility bill processing flow (EDC, MPWT, PPSHV…...)
- Basic payment dispute resolution knowledge
- 3 years in banking operations support or payment processing
- Experience in handling biller transactions preferred
- Experience working with government stakeholders is a plus
