JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead branch opening, relocation, renovation, and closure projects.
- Ensure project milestones, timelines, budgets, and operational readiness requirements are achieved.
- Oversee branch setup, equipment installation, and operational readiness before launch.
- Support and ensure smooth branch operations across the branch network.
- Manage ATM cash operations, including cassette management, cash replenishment, and resolution of cash shortages/discrepancies.
- Conduct branch assurance reviews to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate operational support and staff deployment to branches experiencing manpower shortages.
- Provide temporary branch operational coverage when required.
- Work closely with branch management to ensure uninterrupted customer service.
- Conduct branch assurance reviews and operational checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, and process gaps.
- Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation of action plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking, branch operations, or banking operations.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in branch setup projects, operational support, compliance reviews, or ATM management is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of branch operations and banking procedures & knowledge of operational risk management and regulatory compliance
- Project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
