To manage/support Regional Credit Admin Supervisor (from branches).
To handle Enterprise Lending and Corporate Lending’s case.
To assist in preparation and verification of loan related documents.
To liaise with internal team and/or external professional lawyers for the implementation & completion of lending related activities.
To verify and ensure that documents are in place and in order aligning with approving conditions prior to performing loan disbursement/settlement/other loan maintenance in system To ensure sufficient, correct, and updated information input in system.
To ensure accuracy of uploading CBC report for Retail Lending, Enterprise Lending, corporate Lending, and management reports excluded Credit Card.
To monitor/control expiry date of facilities and fire insurance policy with Branches/Loan Writers.
Perform Insurance fee settlement to panel insurance on time.
Subsequent conditions monitoring.
To collaborate with Credit Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, or other relevant stakeholders in improving the quality of lending in Wing Bank.
To jointly review and update Lending Procedure.
Other task assigned by Manager/Head of Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in credit administration, loan operations, or related banking functions
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Strong knowledge of credit policies, loan documentation, and banking regulations
High attention to detail and strong risk awareness
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
