JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality releases with minimal defects.
- Prioritizing testing efforts based on the risk level of each feature rather than treating all features equally.
- Set up release quality gates before deployment.
- Automate critical test scenarios to speed up and stabilize releases.
- Define automation roadmap and prioritize high-value test cases.
- Conduct training programs for manual QA to learn automation tools.
- Upskill QA team to handle automation and regression effectively.
- Create career development roadmap for QA Automation
- Track training progress and certification achievements
- Apply consistent QA practices across all Tribes
- Keep Improving QA procedure
- Standard test documentation templates.
- Conduct quarterly process audits and continuous improvement sessions.
- Involve QA early to prevent issues and improve collaboration.
- Organize joint review sessions with Product and Development teams
- Implement shift-left testing practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Deep understanding of manual and automated testing, risk-based testing, shift-left practices.
- Automation Tools Katalon
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum processes and QA’s role in early phases.
- 5-10+ years in QA with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in setting up QA governance and standardization.
- Worked closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams.
- Hands-on experience in risk-based testing and quality gates
- Focus on long-term quality improvements, not just short-term fixes.
- Engages early in projects (shift-left mindset).
- Ensures accuracy in test cases, defect analysis, and reporting.
- Builds strong relationships with other departments.
- Coaches and upskills team members effectively.
