• Support preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Collect budget assumptions from relevant stakeholders.
• Compare actual results against budget and highlight variances.

Monitor financial performance

• Extract, validate and reconcile financial data.
• Perform basic financial analysis.
• Identify unusual movements and data inconsistencies.

Support ad-hoc analysis

• Support manager in business analysis.
• Prepare financial information for business cases.
• Support ad-hoc management request.

Process Improvement

• Maintain standardized FP&A templates.
• Support automation and reporting improvements.
• Document reporting processes and assumptions

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.) are an advantage.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or related finance roles.
• Experience preparing financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Experience in financial data reconciliation and validation.
• Experience using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
