How-To: Sending Money with Wing Bank App
Follow these simple steps on the Wing Bank App
- Log in to the Wing Bank App.
- Navigate to "World Transfer."
- Enter the recipient's country (e.g., Belgium).
- Choose TerraPay as your partner.
- Complete required information and click "SEND."
- Verify details and click "CONFIRM."
- Input your PIN code to complete the transaction.
How-To: Sending Money via Wing Bank Branches
For in-person transactions at Wing Bank branches
- Visit any Wing Bank branch.
- Ensure you have a Full KYC Wing Bank account for international transfers.
- Complete necessary information on the provided form.
- Confirm and input your PIN on the POS machine.
- Receive a receipt with the reference code for the recipient.
Requirements
To transfer money abroad, customers must have a standard Wing Bank account (Full-KYC). Register your account at any branch with the required documents as below:
- Resident: Valid National ID card or valid passport or other issued by the authorities (Cambodia employment book, monk Identity card, family book/residence book, birth certificate)
- Non-resident: Passport and visa valid for 6 months or more and proof of employment or business (employment contract, work permit card, staff ID, patent or business permit/license) or proof of residence document made and issued in Cambodia (rental contract, residence certificate, birth certificate of their child). Note: Water and electricity bills are not accepted.
