  • For your initial transfer, create an easyWallet web account:
  • Enter the phone number used for easy2send registration.
  • Receive an OTP via SMS and enter it for verification.
  • Create a password for your account.
  • Log in anytime with your phone number and password to transfer money online.
  • You can also add new recipients beyond those listed during your easy2send registration.
  • Scan the QR code from easyWallet card from mobile banking application
Offline
  • Bring your easyWallet card to any of our partner service points (refer to the list on your easyWallet card).
  • At the service point, staff will assist you with your money transfer, and please note that fees may apply.

The maximum amount for cash Pickup is USD 1,000 (Approximately 35,000 Thai baht) per transaction and USD 3,000 (Approximately 100,000 Thai baht) per day.

    The registration process will be completed on the same day and you can get easyWallet card on spot.

  • 9. How can I send to different recipients after card is created?

    One card can only be used for one recipient. You can create more cards for different recipients for free at the 2C2P office or from easyWallet digital web portal​ https://easy2send.2c2p.com/easyWallet/Account/LogIn​.

  • 10. Where can I top up my easyWallet?
