    You can obtain the Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum at Wing Bank Branches.
  • 4. Where and how can I use my Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum? 

    You can use your Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum at any merchant outlet that accepts the UnionPay brand worldwide, as well as for online purchases. Additionally, you may use the UnionPay Numberless Platinum to withdraw cash or make balance inquiries at any ATMs locally and globally where UnionPay is accepted.
  • 5. How long does it take to receive a Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum? 

    You can receive it instantly.  
  • 6. How do I link and activate Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum?  

    You can link and activate the card via the Wing Bank App and ATM. For Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum activated by the Wing Bank App:  
    • Login to the Wing Bank App
    • Tap on “Card”
    • Tap on “New Card”
    • Tap on “Link Card”
    • Scan the Tracking Number’s QR Code or input the number manually
    • Choose the preferred Wing account to link with the Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum
    • Fill in necessary details, then check “I agree with the Terms and Conditions” and tap “Continue”
    • Review information and tap on “Confirm”
    • Input a valid 4-digit PIN to continue
    • Your Card is linked
    • Tap on “Activate Now”
    • Set up your PIN Card
    • Confirm New PIN Card
    • Your Card has been Activated
  • 7. What should I do if I cannot link the card in the Wing Bank App?  

    There are three main reasons why you may not be able to link the card in the Wing Bank App:
    • The CASA account linked with the card does not exist in the Wing Bank App. Please link your account to your Wing Bank App, then relink your card.
    • The QR code or Tracking Number does not belong to you.
    • The QR code or Tracking Number has already been used.
  • 8. Can I link a joint account with Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum?  

    • Joint account holders with the condition “anyone to sign” can link the card.
    • Joint account holders with the condition “Both to sign” will not be able to link the card.
  • 9. What should I do if my card is expired?  

    You will be notified by the bank 30 days before the card's expiry date. Please visit any Wing Bank branch for card renewal.  
  • 10. What should I do if my Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum is stolen or lost?  

    You can immediately block your card through the Wing Bank App, call the call center via 023 999 989 or 012 999 489, contact your Relationship Manager, or visit any nearest branches to block your card. After the card is blocked, please ask the customer to visit the nearest branch to replace the card.  
  • 11. How can I know that my online transaction is secure?  

    • All card settings are available on the Wing Bank App with high-security protection and EMV 3D Secure for your online purchasing. Cardholders can set up purchase limits and withdrawal limits for better control of their card usage via the Wing Bank App.
    • Notification alerts via online purchases, e-commerce, or ATM withdrawals.
    • One-Time-Passwords (OTP) generated will be pushed to the Wing Bank App for every online transaction at 3D secured merchants.
    • The Numberless card provides enhanced security for both online and offline transactions.

  • 13. What should I do to get an OTP for my online transaction?  

    No worries, please access your Wing Bank App; the OTP will be pushed to your Wing Bank App for online transactions.
  • 14. What should I do if my account is overcharged?  

    Please report to the bank immediately via 023 999 989 or 012 999 489 or contact your Relationship Manager.  
  • 15. What should I do if I forget my PIN?  

    You can reset your PIN via the Wing Bank App anytime.  
  • 16. What do I need to do after receiving my Card?  

    You need to link and activate the card yourself.  
  • 17. How long is the Wing UnionPay Numberless Platinum Valid?  

    The validation period is 5 years.
