NOTICE OF ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Dear Valued Customer, 

Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc. would like to inform you regarding the initiation of account closures for accounts meeting the following criteria: 

• Accounts associated with account holders that have been dissolved, become insolvent, been adjudged bankrupt, or had their business licenses or permits revoked, suspended, or expired, and/or for other reasons deemed appropriate by the Bank in its reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 
• Accounts where the last transaction date exceeds 13 months. 
• Accounts that have been created but never activated. 

Accounts falling under the conditions specified above will be automatically closed by September 02, 2026.
