Wing Bank marked International Women’s Day with a dedicated health and wellness program aimed at empowering its female employees through expert‑led discussions on preventive care and overall well‑being.
“Women drive innovation, resilience, and positive change in every corner of society. At Wing Bank, we deeply value the strength they bring to our teams and our communities. This healthcare program reinforces our commitment to ensuring that our female employees have the knowledge and support they need to prioritize their well‑being—because their strength is fundamental to Wing Bank’s success,” said Dr. Dmytro Kolechko, CEO of Wing Bank.
The International Women’s Day program offered practical health guidance tailored to the needs of working women, allowing participants to engage directly with medical professionals and receive personalized advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Wing Bank partnered with Royal Group Wellness Center, Orienda International Hospital, SING Specialist Medical Center, and INTERCARE Hospital to deliver sessions on key women’s health topics. Specialists highlighted the importance of preventive screenings, early detection, and lifestyle‑related health considerations, reinforcing the value of proactive self‑care.
Women make up a substantial portion of Wing Bank’s workforce and nationwide presence. They represent nearly 40% of employees, serving in diverse functions including leadership, technology, operations, and others.
Additionally, women account for more than 80% of the bank’s network of over 12,000 Wing Bank Agents, many of whom play a vital role in expanding financial access within communities.
As part of its broader commitment to employee well‑being, last year Wing Bank also opened a new fitness center at its headquarters, offering staff free access to a fully equipped gym and after‑work yoga classes. The facility includes modern cardio and strength‑training equipment, along with a dedicated yoga studio, supporting the bank’s holistic approach to workplace wellness.
Wing Bank continues to invest in gender inclusion, professional growth, and workplace wellness through targeted policies and ongoing initiatives. The International Women’s Day healthcare program reflects the bank’s commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment that champions both diversity and employee well‑being.
