How to get a Free Cash Out Plan?
Customers can subscribe, unsubscribe, add on, and renew their CASH MANAGEMENT PLAN by:

A. Self-subscribe via the Wing Bank App:
- Open the Wing Bank App and select “My Account”
- Tap on an account that you want to subscribe to from your account list, then Select “drop-down option”, then tap on “Show Package”
- View the details of each plan and click “SUBSCRIBE” on your desired plan
- Tap CONFIRM and input your 4-digit PIN

Subscription terms and conditions
- The cash out STANDARD FEE will be applied in case (1) the subscription plan has expired and (2) If customers make transactions that exceed their plan’s limit.
- The plan will not be renewed automatically, so you will need to renew the plan manually if you wish to.

- The plan is applicable for Wing's Bank channels only, while the MasterCard, CSS, or Visa are not

- Is the subscription validity a fiscal year period or a calendar year?
Each plan’s validity period is a fixed annual fiscal year. It is valid for 365 days starting from the day you subscribed.
4. How to subscribe to the Free Cash Out Plan?

The selected plan and benefits will be activated in real-time right after you have subscribed.6. If I do not have the balance in my account, can I subscribe to the plan?
No, you need to have enough balance in your account to subscribe to a plan.7. Can I upgrade my current plan and how many plans can I subscribe to per account at a time?
You can purchase more than one plan per account at a time. The benefits of each purchased plan will be accumulated, and the validity will follow the latest plan you purchased. However, only the plan most recently purchased will be displayed in your account with all the total benefits.8. How can I view the remaining benefits of my plan?
You can view all the plan benefits in the Wing Bank App as above9. What will happen when I use all benefits of the purchased plan, or when I do not re-subscribe after my current plan expires?
You will be charged the cash-out fee per transaction as the default plan is:- Cash-out amount less than $25.49 charges $0.28/transaction
- Cash-out amount 25.50 to less than 50.49 charges $0.65/transaction
- Cash-out amount 50.50 to less than 100.49 charges $0.90/transaction
- Cash-out amount 100.50 to less than 500.49 charges $1.30/transaction
- Cash-out amount 500.50 to less than 1,000.00 charges $1.50/transaction
- Cash-out amount more than $1,000.50 charge 0.15% of the total amount
10. Can I transfer or change my Free Cash Out Plan from one account to another one?
No, you cannot transfer the plan to use in another account, nor use a selected plan for your account (A) in your account (B).11. How can I unsubscribe from the plan?

12. I am a payroll customer. Can I subscribe to the Free Cash Out Plan?
